Now for those who love something like this, this is a genuine Mahal from Cheshme area near Sultanabad in Arak District, some might call it Sultanabad but it is Chesme weave. There are few advantages about this rug, First off, it measures 12' square, which is absolutely rare and is very hard to find. Secondly, it is ALL OVER Herati pattern, which a big plus, Herati is one of the most well know classic pattern in rug weaving, started from Persia then in other countries where produce rug now & then. Thirdly, its color combination, how many antique rugs have you seen with this kind of color combination? due to the shortage of color combination like this, many buy antique this rugs with all over apttern in blue ground then make then chemical washed to become the one that I am offering here. If you're looking for something like this, you buying an original one not a washed one, which has no strentgh due to being acid washed. Finally, there a couple of rewovwen areas in this rug, which is kind visible but we will make them disappeared by re-dye them with permanent dyes, it is your option, you could have it like this or have us redye them, also, I am offering it less way less than retail value, which is between $8,000.00-$12,000.00.
