I am very proud & pleased that I am offering a breathtaking genuinePersian Serapi here. Usually, when it comes to antique geometric pattern no other rugs could top Serapi rugs. I must bring to your attention that Serapi rugs have been popular and highly demanded in design industry since middle of 19th century & never had the slow down because when it come to decor with type of jewel colors, geometric pattern and come mostly in room & oversized no other rug can replace it. I purchased this from an estate sale in Santa Barbara, CA from a 12000 SF mention . I was told that this rug has been in their estate since 1918 and as you see, it is in good condition for its age, it does show some minor wear but no foundation threads are visible, no holes, odor, and stains, also professionally cleaned. A Serapi like this could easily have a price tag of $20,000.00 to $25,000.00 or possibly more at any high end retail shop, and 10' x 14' fits in oversized category, which is always adds up 20% more to the value.
