I was fortunate to buy this from estate of Howard & Yvette Mimieux Ruby. Their estate was located in Belair, it was over 10,000 SF and was sold $35,000,000.00. Everything they had was absolutely high end. The rug that I am offering here was in their library, the first picture shows the actual picture from their library, This is a gorgeous genuine Persian Tabriz with magnificent earth tone color combination & fabulous panel design, which is semi floral semi geometric, It is in awesome condition with low medium pile without having any wear or showing foundation threads. The wool quality that was used in Iran , is the best wool quality imported from New Zealand. It measure 10' x 14'-6", which fits in 10' x 15' size category, which also, considers in oversize category. Oversize pieces usually, are 25% more than the regular room sizes. As you probably know, all pile rugs have two shades of colors, dark & light side. when you lay down the rug from its nap, colors are much lighter than from opposite side, I have shown pictures from both sides. Now, if you wanted to buy something like this from any high end retail shop you had to pay at least 15k but here you have a golden opportunity to steal this rug at unbelievable low price of $2499.00
