Antique Sarouk Farahan Rugs – Antique Farahan Sarouk rugs and
carpets that were woven in / around the region called Arak in west central PART,
are remarkable for their ability to combine different qualities and
sensibilities. The medallion design customary on so-called Sarouk Farahans is
classically Persian, as is all the minor detail. But the drawing is an
interesting combination of suave curve-linearity and geometric styles. When it comes to luxury antique rugs without any doubts Ferehan rugs come on top 3 because of their look, being unique, well balanced color combination,, not many woven specially in over sizes, and of course workmanship. The rug that I am offering here it has been in my collection for almost 15 years, I didn't have any intention to sell but now I have to find a new home for it. Whoever ends up to own this piece, he or she must treasure it because it is so hard to find a very important rug such as this one at the price that I am offering here. An oversize Frehan Sarouk like this could have a price tag of between $20,000.00 & $25,000.00 at any high end retail shops but here you can get deal of a century here because I am offering this beauty at unbelievable crazy low price of $8,999.00, which is even less than dealer to dealer price .
