The rug that I am offering here, is not a kind that comes around very often. Why? Because this is a room size 10' x 13' and is made of 100% silk pile on silk foundation. It was made back in 1920's and amazingly, is in full pile condition washout having any problem whatsoever. As you see, it has a well balanced multi color combination with burgundy ground on top of a detailed floral pattern. This is one of those pieces that does not need any description about its beauty just by looking at it, it speaks for its beauty, also pictures usually does not justify 100% for the actual beauty, I assure you when you see it in person you will like way more than picture. This could be a great investment for you, it is way better than money in the bank because for the price that I am offering and due to being so rare and unique it always appreciates in value, it could go generation after generation. I will issue an official appraisal certificate at its replacement value in today's market, ($38,000.00) which is way more than what am i asking. You can apply the certificate towards your homeowner insurance policy in case of theft, fire, & flood. Believe me this rug is irreplaceable because is absolutely second to none and you will get paid in full in case of any accident
